If we could get our target audience to see the role of being a foster parent as not just bridging a gap, but actually saving and making a life for a child, then maybe we could get more people to sign up. Oh, and when you’re watching the TV, don’t worry, your internet isn’t acting up. The slow loading wheels are part of the concept.
